Yes, but with caveats. Concrete, dirt, rock, and brick are accepted, but they are extremely heavy. A 10-yard container filled entirely with concrete can easily exceed the weight limit of a 40-yard container. For projects involving primarily heavy materials, we typically recommend smaller containers loaded partially, or a haul-and-return arrangement. Describe your debris mix when you call and we'll structure it correctly.

Yes. If you fill your container before the project wraps up, we can schedule a pickup and drop off a fresh container so your crew doesn't have to stop working. This is common on roofing and larger renovation projects. Just call when the container is getting full and we'll coordinate the swap around your timeline.

A standard residential roof tear-off typically fits in a 20-yard dumpster. Larger homes, steep-pitch roofs with multiple shingle layers, or roofing combined with additional renovation debris may require a 30-yard.
