Use this form to submit your 30-day cancellation notice or request a vacation hold. Before cancelling over price, ask us about our price-match guarantee — we'll match any competitor.
Request Received
We've received your cancellation request and will follow up within one business day to confirm your final pickup date and any remaining balance.
Don't forget — final collection day
Please do not overfill your carts on your last pickup day. Carts must be empty for us to remove them. A $50 rescheduling fee applies for second trips.
